Guidelines for Growth

At Meena Shah Public School, rules are not viewed as restrictions, but as essential pillars that support a child’s journey toward wisdom and integrity. We believe that a well-ordered environment allows curiosity to flourish without distraction.

Every student and parent is expected to adhere to these guidelines to ensure a smooth, supported transition and a harmonious school community.

The Daily Code

Commitment to these standards ensures the MSPS Development Model functions at its highest level.

Punctuality

Students must arrive at the Meena Nagar campus at least 10 minutes before the morning assembly.

Uniform & Identity

A neat, prescribed school uniform must be worn daily as a symbol of institutional pride and equality.

Conduct & Ethics

Kindness, honesty, and respect toward mentors and peers are the fundamental requirements of our community.

Campus Etiquette

Our infrastructure is designed for the student’s benefit, and its care is a shared responsibility:

  • AC Classroom Care: Doors must remain closed to maintain our climate-controlled environment.
  • Lab Discipline: AI and Science labs are to be used only under mentor supervision.
  • Resource Respect: Proper care of school furniture, technology, and library materials is mandatory.
  • Litter-Free Zone: Maintaining the cleanliness of our campus at Circular Road is every student’s duty.

Attendance & Leave

Consistency is key to conceptual mastery and academic rigor:

  • Minimum Attendance: A minimum of 75% attendance is required to be eligible for final assessments.
  • Leave Applications: Any absence must be supported by a written application from the parent.
  • Medical Leaves: For absences exceeding three days, a medical certificate must be submitted.
  • Exam Presence: Attendance during assessments and term exams is mandatory.

We request parents to reinforce these rules at home. Your support ensures that the transition from home to school is seamless and that the child understands the value of discipline from an early age.
